ERP Support Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Consultation and support for the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in its standard version and for our specialized industry solutions.
• You will advise our customers and support them in using the system correctly.
• Diverse collaboration with our project managers and developers to develop adequate solutions for our customers.
• 40-hour week with flexible working hours, focusing on our support hours.

Requirements

Must have:

• Successfully completed commercial training/studies or an equivalent qualification for a basic understanding of business processes.
• Analytical thinking skills, high commitment, as well as sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Experience as a user of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Confident use of MS Office applications.
