Your Responsibilities:

• Transparent creation, follow-up, and negotiation of offers
• Customer analysis and consulting on technical products and alternatives
• Independent processing of orders and additional logistical services
• Central point of contact for your customers, also for potential complaints
• Analysis of market opportunities and further development of country strategies
• New customer acquisition together with team and department management
• Visits to key customers and participation in trade fairs

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• Appreciative and customer-oriented communication style
• Resilient English skills (further language skills are an advantage)
• Independent way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident handling of MS Office 365, as well as ideally CRM and ERP software
