KODRA is the inventor of the bedpan washer and a leading manufacturer of thermal disinfectors for dirty utility rooms in hospitals and care facilities. With our modular systems (easyclean, multiclean, VH-series) and over 90 years of experience, we stand for "Made in Germany -- Simple. Clean". We are growing strongly in the DACH region and preparing for expansion into the EU and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Management
- Development and implementation of a clear marketing strategy along the sales funnel (TOFU--MOFU--BOFU)
- Planning of an annual content plan and derivation of quarterly goals
- Market and competitor observation
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Building and optimizing SEO clusters for bedpan washers, hygiene, and thermal disinfection
- Planning and management of Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and remarketing
- Responsibility for tracking infrastructure (GA4, Tag Manager, UTM, Call-Tracking)
- Maintenance and expansion of our MedicalExpo presence
Website & Content
- Further development of the website as a central lead funnel (product finder, structured product pages, downloads, references)
- Creation of SEO texts, case studies, white papers, videos, landing pages, webinars
- Ensuring consistent brand communication (DE/EN, possibly FR/IT)
Sales Enablement
- Development of battle cards, offer templates, one-pagers, and ROI calculators
- Support of the agent network with regional landing pages and marketing materials
- Standardization of lead routing and qualification processes
Market Expansion & PR
- Participation in go-to-market strategies for AT/CH/EU/ME
- Localizations, partner marketing, campaign management
- Trade fair planning (e.g., Medica), trade articles, webinars
Qualifications
Professional
- Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or comparable education
- ≥3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally medical technology / industrial goods
- Demonstrable experience with performance marketing (SEO, SEA, LinkedIn), funnel optimization, and lead nurturing
- CRM and tracking experience (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager)
- CMS knowledge (WordPress), experience with MedicalExpo or similar platforms
- Fluent German and very good English, further languages (FR/IT) are an advantage
Personal / Methodological
- Data and KPI-driven, structured way of working (EOS-compatible)
- Strategic thinking, hands-on in implementation
- Ability to interface between sales, technology, and external agencies
- Self-reliant, communicative, resilient
