Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the battery product area, jointly creating economic and strategic roadmaps with your team and coordinating globally.
• You will be our trend scout for battery solutions and other product areas, integrating your findings with your team into promising product concepts and presenting your business plans in internal committees.
• Together with Marketing and Sales, you will passionately launch new products and optimize product success throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Through your collaboration with internal PM teams, partners, suppliers, and customers, you will contribute to the company's success and also take on (international) special tasks at management level.

Your Profile:

• You bring several years of professional experience in product management based on your completed studies (commercial or technical); nice-to-have: you already have leadership experience.
• With analytical skills, openness, and strategy, you will shape (international) product roadmaps – occasional business trips (e.g., to customers, suppliers, various locations) are necessary for this.
• Clarity and responsibility: You can create concise decision proposals from heterogeneous data, respond to changing requirements, and are solution-oriented.
• We want to communicate openly with you and benefit from your presentation skills in German and English in our collaboration.
