Tasks:

  • Preparation, execution, and evaluation of surveys (qualitative and/or quantitative)
  • Narrative situational analysis on topics related to the energy transition and environmental communication
  • Development of a (narrative) communication concept
  • Study on suitable tools for communication supporting the energy transition, as well as prototypical implementation and testing
  • Collaboration in the project team as a "communication expert" and contact person for communication project content, as well as for process and project management within the project group
  • Writing reports and contributing to scientific publications

Your Profile:

Requirements Profile:

  • Completed Master's degree in Communication Studies, Cultural Studies, Intercultural Communication, Literary Studies, or a comparable field of study.
  • Initial experience in project coordination and in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of surveys (qualitative and/or quantitative).
  • Expertise in the field of communication and narratives.
  • Enthusiasm for the topics of sustainability and resource efficiency, as well as for working in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • High communication competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, commitment, positive attitude, and enjoyment of working with people.
  • If the required degree was obtained at a foreign university, we require a certificate assessment from the ZAB (Central Office for Foreign Education) before signing the contract. Timely application is recommended.
