KORALLS is a natural haircare brand for women. Our focus: naturally stimulating hair growth and protecting hair, with a well-thought-out system of products for different life stages. Our viral hair oil N.17 (blend of 17 oils and vitamins) has already sold out more than 7 times. We have sold over 10,000 products, have over 8,000 satisfied customers, a 97% positive customer experience, and ship to over 48 countries.

For our growth, we are looking for an experienced performance marketing specialist to take over and drive our paid activities on Meta, Google, and TikTok in part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, setup, and daily management of campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Monitoring performance, reporting, and deriving concrete optimizations
  • Developing structure and strategy to sustainably scale e-commerce revenue
  • Keyword research and competitor analysis for Google Ads
  • Creative testing with our existing content library, including selection, setup, and iteration
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the Shopify/IT contact person, and external partners as needed

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce & DTC.
  • Proficient in the setup, tracking, and optimization of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Hands-on mindset: from research to implementation and ongoing optimization
  • Very independent, reliable, with high ownership and a desire for growth
  • Communication primarily in German, partly also in English (written)

  • Flexible working hours; we work daily but according to our own schedules. Coordination is mainly through daily communication. Meetings are usually 1 to 2 per week, which we schedule flexibly based on mutual availability.
