Purpose and Goal of the Position: We are looking for you as a Call Center Agent (m/w/d) Inbound for our renowned client in Bottrop. A pleasant working atmosphere and nice colleagues await you. Career changers are also welcome. There are very good chances of being taken on.

• Part-time or full-time
• Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM / Home office option
• €15 per hour

• Telephone customer service and customer care (incoming calls)
• Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone
• Providing information about products
• Documentation and maintenance of customer data
