Role Description

As the Head of Growth & GTM (Co-Founder) at Kreatoors.ai, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while building and executing strategic go-to-market plans. Your responsibilities include leading growth marketing initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in scaling the business. This is a full-time, remote role, versatile for hands-on and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Marketing and expertise in Growth Hacking strategies
• Proven success in Customer Acquisition and Business Development techniques
• Strong ability in Sales and building strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Strategic and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and entrepreneurial environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonus
