Specialist (m/f/d) for Commercial Property Management

What We Offer:

  • Holistic responsibility for the commercial management and administration of our properties and facilities
  • Contract management: Conclusion and support of rental, lease, and service provider contracts
  • Cost control & operating cost accounting, including energy management evaluations
  • Claims processing through the savings bank's own insurance
  • Coordination of cleaning, waste, resource, and janitorial services, as well as parking management
  • Budget and investment planning, as well as liquidity and account management
  • Communication with tenants, service providers, and internal specialist departments

Who We Are Looking For:

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate agent or equivalent
  • You ideally have initial experience in property management or real estate administration
  • A structured, independent, and punctual way of working is a matter of course for you
  • You have a strong focus on communication and service
  • High organizational and resilience skills, team spirit, and a confident, goal-oriented demeanor are your standards
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself comprehensively with all areas of responsibility
