Your Role as IT Administrator for Mobile Devices and MDE

As our new IT Administrator for Mobile Devices and MDE, you will be a key player in managing our mobile infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering and supporting our fleet of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and mobile data acquisition (MDE) units.
• Handling the configuration, deployment, and rollout of new devices.
• Providing timely and effective user support for any mobile device-related issues or inquiries.
• Managing and maintaining our Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
• Ensuring the security and compliance of all company mobile devices according to policy.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems for mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., "IT-Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration") or a similar qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in managing mobile devices, particularly iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of common Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in German is essential.
