Junior HR Business Analyst / HR Process & Data Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of global HR strategies to support company goals
• Creation and maintenance of regular HR reports (headcount, fluctuation, diversity, cost analyses) for management and global stakeholders
• Analysis of HR data to identify trends and derive recommendations for action
• Ensuring data quality and further development of reporting tools and dashboards
• Responsibility for the development, implementation, and monitoring of compensation and benefits programs in the company
• Advising managers on salary structures, bonus models, and benefits strategies
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Prospectively leading a small team
• Efficient resource utilization and prioritization of tasks
• Participation in global HR projects (e.g., introduction of new systems, process optimizations)

Requirements:

Must have:

• Completed studies in business, HR, data analytics, or a comparable field
• Sound knowledge of HR controlling and HR key figures
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Enthusiasm for digital HR processes and their continuous optimization
• Several years of experience in HR reporting and working with tools such as Excel and Workday. SAP experience is desirable.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex data understandably
• Strong communication and intercultural skills
