Head of Software Standardization (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of software development teams in a globally active mechanical engineering group
• Implementation and further development of the technology roadmap in the area of software solutions (machine control, Industry 4.0, and digitalization) for the implementation of the corporate strategy
• Expansion of high-performance software development teams with a high standard of quality and productivity
• Further development of the agile development organization and the infrastructure for the implementation of the program
• Participation in the management team in the design and implementation of corporate goals

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Experience in leading a software department in a mechanical engineering environment
• Extensive methodological knowledge in software development, project management, and the SCRUM process framework
• Analytical and conceptual competence with communication and assertiveness skills
• Technological know-how in the areas of machine control and Industry 4.0 solutions
