Your Responsibilities
- Independently responsible for the procurement of vegetables, dry goods & raw materials
- Identify, evaluate, and develop long-term relationships with suppliers domestically and internationally
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate offers
- Place and monitor orders
- Actively shape the quality, availability, and optimization of our supply chains
Your Profile
- Completed business studies (BWL, economics) or a commercial apprenticeship (Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann m/f/d)
- Ideally, you already have experience in purchasing
- Possess negotiation skills, assertiveness, and analytical thinking
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
