Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic direction of IT and digitalization.
- Overall overview of the current status and further development of the IT and digitalization strategy.
- Monitoring market developments and checking feasibility and implementability.
- Preparation of fundamental decisions and representation to the administration leadership.
- Personnel management and cost management in cooperation with department heads.
- Regulation of fundamental working methods, including deployment planning and task distribution.
- Representation of the office internally and externally in committee meetings.
- Presentation of current status or decision proposals.
- Communication and presentation of developments via the press office.
- Involvement in the further development of specialized procedures or digitalization processes.
Requirements
Must have:
- Completed scientific university studies (Master's degree or equivalent) in Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science, or Administrative Informatics.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in various positions in public administration or the private sector in the areas of project and process management related to digitalization and IT infrastructure.
- Preferably several years of management experience from previous professional activity.
- Extensive experience in project management of larger, interdisciplinary project teams.
- Strategic, analytically oriented way of working, characterized by goal and solution orientation.
- Independent action with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Support and promotion of employees' independent work and proactive thinking.
- Strong communication skills to involve and convince various stakeholders.
- Driver's license class B to reach all locations.
