Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Through personal consultation on possible support in the current situation and on claims against all service providers.
  • Through the development of individual support settings together with the clients and through documentation and organization (if necessary).
  • Through the coordination of overall plan/participation plan procedures.
  • Through close cooperation with the legal department of the division.
  • As a contact person (m/f/d) for involved stakeholders (clients, service providers, service recipients) throughout the entire process.
  • By ensuring the quality of care, possibly also through conducting crisis talks and adapting settings.
  • By participating in the further development of the care structure in the district.

Your Profile:

  • With your completed studies in social pedagogy, social work, or remedial education, each with state recognition, or a comparable qualification.
  • With your professional experience in the area of responsibility described above, preferably in support for people with disabilities (desirable).
  • With your expertise in social law, especially in the BTHG (desirable).
  • With your knowledge of work-relevant classifications such as ICF or ICD.
  • With your experience in needs assessment (desirable).
  • With your good knowledge in handling standard MS software.
  • With your sense of responsibility as well as your independent, self-reliant, and well-organized way of working.
  • With your customer focus, cooperation skills, and enjoyment of working with people.
  • With your confident demeanor and good conflict management skills.
  • With your driver's license class B.

We Offer You:

This position is to be filled full-time (part-time possible) in the Participation of People with Disabilities division in the Office for Social Affairs and Participation in Waiblingen. Look forward to a permanent or fixed-term employment. 65% are available permanently, further positions can be filled on a fixed-term basis as parental leave cover until January 31, 2027. Employment will be as an employee, provided the collective agreement and personal requirements are met, with remuneration up to pay group S 12 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD-SuE).
