Team Assistant*in

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • General administrative tasks for the Youth Legal Aid division, such as office organization, mail distribution, file creation, maintaining electronic files, and creating and maintaining statistics.
  • Receiving telephone inquiries from citizens and, if necessary, forwarding them to the appropriate departments and services.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed training as an administrative, legal, notary, tax, or judicial assistant, or further training as a public administration specialist (AG I), or a comparable qualification.
  • Good and quick comprehension, flexibility in working hours, and a reliable and independent way of working.
  • Good communication skills, a team-oriented work style, and a sense of duty.
  • Conflict resolution skills and assertiveness, as well as organizational talent.
  • Good IT skills.
