With our constant pursuit of excellence, we set standards in the mobility industry and actively shape the future of transportation.\n\nWe are looking for a Credit Analyst - Underwriting Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.\n\n### Your Responsibilities:\n\n* Review submitted application data and documents, and request missing information from customers and the field sales force.\n* Analyze and evaluate companies in connection with leasing requests using annual financial statements and business management reports, taking regulatory requirements (KWG and MaRisk) into account.\n* Prepare and vote on proposals within the scope of granted authority.\n* Independent rating creation.\n* Support account managers with complex engagements, including participating in customer discussions.\n* Participate in projects.\n\n### Your Profile:\n\n* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or alternatively, completed vocational training in a banking environment and relevant professional experience.\n* Independent and structured way of working.\n* Strong decision-making ability.\n* Good communication and problem-solving skills.\n* Good command of English, both written and spoken.\n\n### We Offer You:\n\n* Home Office Work (Hybrid Model): After a successful onboarding process, we offer the opportunity to work flexibly from home.
