Your Role

As a Customer Service Expert for the Benelux region, you will primarily support our customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Your customer-oriented work will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction.

For our headquarters in Solingen, we are looking for a Customer Service Expert* for the Benelux region, effective immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will process customer inquiries and orders, ensuring smooth order and delivery processes.
• You will create and follow up on quotations, and you will be responsible for invoice creation and verification.
• You will be the point of contact for our customers via phone and in writing.
• You will coordinate between Sales, Field Service, Key Account Management, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain.
• You will identify process improvements to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

• Fluent Dutch and German language skills are mandatory for this position.
• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship/training.
• Several years of professional experience in sales support or a comparable field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
