We are a owner-managed company based in Markkleeberg, specializing in the consultation & manufacturing of customer-specific LED lighting systems for over 10 years, maintaining long-standing business relationships. Our online shop is a leader in this segment in German-speaking countries.

For our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time (40h/week), permanent Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Operational management and further development of social media channels to strengthen brand presence
• Launch, build, and continuously maintain a TikTok account
• Community management and social listening
• Coordination of collaborations with micro-influencers from relevant target groups
• Development and creation of creative ideas, formats, and video content
• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews
• Planning, creation, and dispatch of regular newsletters
• Support with SEA/SEM, marketing campaigns, and maintenance of our marketplace presences
• Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures

Qualifications

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in marketing
• Passion for digital communication, trends, and creative content formats
• Confident use of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Good knowledge of content creation & video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Figma)
• Analytical thinking and experience with analytics and Google Ads
• Versatility, curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn diverse marketing topics
• Structured, creative, and self-directed work style
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
