LegalTegrity is a specialized legal tech company focusing on SaaS compliance solutions for medium-sized businesses. Our solutions help companies implement regulatory requirements in a structured and efficient manner.
Our portfolio includes digital reporting channels (whistleblower system, NIS2), information security management systems, and legal registers, along with accompanying training. We work data-driven, pragmatically, and with a high standard of quality.
You will work in a small, specialized team with short decision-making paths and direct influence on operational structures and processes.
Your Role
We use HubSpot across the entire customer journey.
You will work closely with our Lead Sales & Marketing Automation and be responsible for the operational implementation and continuous optimization of our marketing processes in HubSpot. Strategic campaign planning is handled centrally.
You will implement campaigns based on existing concepts and briefings, ensure clean data and process structures, and make sure that marketing measures reliably achieve results. Developing marketing strategies or content is explicitly not part of this role.
Your Tasks
Campaign Implementation
- Implement and structure campaigns in HubSpot
- Link assets and tracking cleanly
- Implement and adapt lead nurturing tracks
Landing Pages
- Optimize existing landing pages in HubSpot and WordPress, considering SEO
- Implement landing pages based on existing templates
CRM and Data Quality
- Ensure consistent system logic
- Process automations along the customer journey
- Duplicate management and data hygiene
Marketing Automation
- Maintain and adapt existing workflows
- Optimize customer journey processes
- Potential for additional responsibility in the future
Reporting
- Maintain dashboards
- Evaluate funnel and conversion metrics
Your Profile
- Practical HubSpot experience in marketing or CRM environment (mandatory)
- Confident handling of campaigns, workflows, properties, and reporting
- Good understanding of marketing processes and funnel logic
- Structured and self-reliant way of working
- Ability to critically review and improve implementations
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEA
- Experience with WordPress and Canva is a plus
- A feel for visual implementation

We work remotely and meet in person approximately every three months in Frankfurt am Main.
