Senior Site Manager for Structural Engineering (m/f/d)
Location: Hamburg
Our portfolio in civil engineering includes the new construction, conversion, and expansion of industrial and residential complexes, as well as municipal and commercial buildings.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently manage construction sites in structural engineering and coordinate billing.
- Supervise and monitor construction sites regarding schedules, costs, and quality.
- Responsible for the allocation and supervision of subcontractors.
- Conduct negotiations with project stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering (m/f/d).
- Professional experience in site management of complex structural engineering projects.
- High technical understanding.
- Independent and goal-oriented work ethic, combined with team spirit.
- Customer focus, strong argumentation and persuasion skills, and enthusiasm.
