What to expect in this SAP job

• Accompanying and realizing SAP S/4HANA projects with a focus on SAP GTS across all project phases (Value, Readiness Check, Fit-Gap Analysis, Detailed Concept, Data Migration, Development, Customizing, Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare Phase)
• Opportunity to take on partial or full project leadership in an SAP S/4HANA project
• Analysis and optimization of business processes in Global Trade Services, e.g., Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Preference Processing, or Sanction Lists, in collaboration with the customers' specialist departments
• Creation of functional concepts and technical specifications for the development department, as well as system adjustments through customizing in SAP GTS
• Conception and integration of innovative applications in SAP S/4HANA GTS
• Competent contact person for customers on SAP GTS topics and relevant issues
• Leading SAP workshops as well as planning and conducting SAP user training in the SAP S/4HANA GTS context
• As an SAP Senior Consultant, you will act as a mentor for SAP trainees and support in presales
• As an SAP Managing Consultant, you will coach SAP Consultants and Senior Consultants and support in presales

What you bring to this SAP job

• Profound know-how in SAP GTS as well as experience in customizing SAP Global Trade Services; knowledge in SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Partial or full project leadership experience in SAP GTS as well as interface knowledge to SAP SD
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, as well as in concept creation within the scope of SAP projects such as SAP implementations, SAP roll-outs, SAP carve-outs, or SAP harmonization projects
• Good to very good process understanding in Global Trade Services (e.g., Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Preference Processing, or Sanction Lists) as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Consulting personality with strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and team spirit, as well as passion and enthusiasm for SAP consulting
• Enjoyment of SAP project work and a willingness to travel for customer projects in Germany of up to 50% (varies depending on the customer project)
• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification, as well as very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
