As consultants and service providers, we provide white-label shops, ordering, and merchandise management systems for controlling processes and goods flows. Your Responsibilities:

• Accepting, evaluating, and prioritizing incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support
• Installing, setting up, and maintaining hardware components, and ensuring smooth IT operations
• Implementing and configuring applications, and supporting users in their daily use of IT systems
• Carrying out quality assurance and documentation measures to ensure transparent processes
• Participating in IT (sub-)projects and supporting their successful implementation
• Developing and introducing company standards, and optimizing existing IT processes

What You Should Bring:

• Completed IT training (e.g., System Integration Specialist) or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of network structures and IT infrastructures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and enjoyment of direct user support
• Structured, reliable, and quality-oriented way of working
• Willingness to learn new technologies and actively develop the internal IT landscape
• Very good German language skills (at least level C1) in speaking and writing
