LIGANOVA HORIZON is a Digital Experience Agency for international Brands and part of the LIGANOVA GROUP. We develop digital experiences, campaigns and visual systems at the intersection of creation, technology and innovation -- with a clear focus on future-proof digital brand leadership.

As an intern or working student in Digital Project Management, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Art Direction, Creative Technology and Development. You will support the planning, organization and implementation of demanding digital projects and gain deep insights into professional agency processes. Project management is not just about organization, but an active contribution to the quality, efficiency and future viability of digital experiences -- including a reflective use of modern tools and AI-supported workflows.

WHAT YOU DO

• As part of a mandatory internship (full-time, approx. 6 months):

  • Support in the planning, control and implementation of digital projects and experiences
  • Collaboration in structuring timings, tasks, dependencies and resources
  • Support for project teams in daily collaboration between design, motion, creative technology and development
  • Preparation and documentation of project meetings, alignments and presentations
  • Collaboration in quality assurance and in tracking progress, risks and dependencies
  • Learning and applying modern project management tools and AI-supported planning approaches

• As part of a working student position (part-time, accompanying studies):

  • Support for ongoing digital projects in day-to-day operations
  • Maintenance of project plans, timings and status overviews
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external alignments
  • Flexible working hours in coordination with your study plan

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in business administration, media management, communication sciences, business informatics, digital media or comparable
• Interest in a mandatory internship as part of a practical semester (6 months) or a working student position during your studies
• Strong interest in digital projects, agency processes and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Structured, reliable way of working and good organizational skills
• First contact points with project management tools or digital working methods are an advantage
• Affinity for digital tools, new technologies and AI-supported workflows
• Very good German and good English skills

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in business administration, media management, communication studies, business informatics, digital media or a comparable field
• Interested in a mandatory internship as part of a practical semester (6 months) or a working student position alongside your studies
• Strong interest in digital projects, agency workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Structured, reliable working style with strong organisational skills
• First exposure to project management tools or digital working methods is a plus
• Affinity for digital tools, emerging technologies and AI-supported workflows
• Very good German and good English skills
