Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for professional customer communication, including advice and support.
• Preparation of quotations, including feasibility checks, scheduling, and price calculation.
• Confirmation of customer orders, including coordination and monitoring of fast and correct processing of deliveries within the company.
• Comprehensive support of existing customers, ensuring quick and accurate responses to all customer inquiries. Our goal: consistently high customer satisfaction.
• Proactive monitoring of regular customer orders and active contact to generate new orders.

You represent LINDER to the customer and generate the business relationships that enable our success...

Your Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship, e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk.
• IT skills (MS Office).
• Fluent German and English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Independent, organized, and structured way of working.
• Confident demeanor, high level of commitment.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
