From our location in Schönau am Königssee, we realize road construction, sewer construction, cable construction, pipeline construction, pipe jacking, as well as grounds and the development of construction sites.

Responsibilities

Cost Estimation and Tendering

• Creation and calculation of offers: for both private and public contracts
• Evaluation and review of tender documents
• Development of special proposals: creative solutions for specific requirements
• Updating and maintenance of the necessary EDP programs for cost estimation
• Inquiry of needs and prices: effective communication with the in-house purchasing department and suppliers
• Coordination of work schedules: in line with the interests of management

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in cost estimation, ideally in civil engineering or road construction
• Several years of experience in civil and road construction (not necessarily as a cost estimator), as well as technical understanding in civil and road construction
• Sound knowledge of tender costing and cost calculation
• Experience in offer preparation and contract review
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Proficient use of costing software and MS Office
