The LKV Beratungs- und Service GmbH advises over 400 agricultural businesses in the areas of animal production, animal health, animal welfare, energy efficiency, and operational quality management with a team of 15 consultants. The focus is on state-funded modular consulting throughout Baden-Württemberg, primarily in farms with cattle and/or pig farming.

For the consulting of farms with pig farming in the North Württemberg region, we are looking for a part-time

Specialist Consultant for Pigs (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Consulting farmers on pig farming
• Conducting individual consultations
• Organizing and conducting information events
• Supporting the members of the Ostalb Producers' Association

Your Qualifications

• Agricultural master craftsman/technician or completed studies in agricultural sciences (M.Sc. Agrar / B.Sc. Agrar, Dipl. Ing. Agrar/in FH or Uni)
• Very good knowledge of pig farming, especially in the areas of management, feeding, barn construction, and animal health
• Strong practical connection to agriculture
• Willingness to learn special application software
