Aufgaben

  • Requirements elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge and document underlying business needs, translating these into scope, objectives and business goals for the Mortgage product
  • Requirements development and management: Produce detailed scope, process and business requirements. Translate business requirements into features and functional requirements to allow Mortgage delivery team to develop technical solutions
  • Developing the Mortgage business: Support the continuous development and improvement of the Mortgage product, processes, and related technology solutions
  • Solution assessment & validation: Understand, validate and articulate the effects of proposed solutions. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers to ensure the solution design meets business goals and the intended requirements
  • Solution implementation support: Develop cross business and service user acceptance plans and communications to support implementation of solutions within the Mortgage programme
  • Change management and governance: Understand the bank's change process, principles and approach. Apply this understanding and ensure solutions comply with the bank policy & regulatory requirements
  • Stakeholder management: Engage a variety of stakeholders across business areas, owning and gathering specification input, delivering quality work and maintaining relationships. Act as a link between business and IT

Profil

  • Educated to bachelor's degree
  • Several years practical experience of methodologies and techniques in Business and IT Analysis
  • Experience in designing and documenting IT solutions
  • Experience in managing (supplier) relations within a professional environment
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology as well as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office and MS Visio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Banking background is a plus
