- Business Analyst – Mortgage Focus (m/f/d)

Aufgaben
- Requirements elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge and document underlying business needs, translating these into scope, objectives and business goals for the Mortgage product
- Requirements development and management: Produce detailed scope, process and business requirements. Translate business requirements into features and functional requirements to allow Mortgage delivery team to develop technical solutions
- Developing the Mortgage business: Support the continuous development and improvement of the Mortgage product, processes, and related technology solutions
- Solution assessment & validation: Understand, validate and articulate the effects of proposed solutions. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers to ensure the solution design meets business goals and the intended requirements
- Solution implementation support: Develop cross business and service user acceptance plans and communications to support implementation of solutions within the Mortgage programme
- Change management and governance: Understand the bank's change process, principles and approach. Apply this understanding and ensure solutions comply with the bank policy & regulatory requirements
- Stakeholder management: Engage a variety of stakeholders across business areas, owning and gathering specification input, delivering quality work and maintaining relationships. Act as a link between business and IT
Profil
- Educated to bachelor's degree
- Several years practical experience of methodologies and techniques in Business and IT Analysis
- Experience in designing and documenting IT solutions
- Experience in managing (supplier) relations within a professional environment
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology as well as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office and MS Visio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Banking background is a plus
