To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on contract management to join us as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support our national and international business relationships with legal certainty and strategic foresight.

Tasks

• Contact person for sales companies/sales departments in national and international contractual matters
• Independent review of contract, project and tender documents in consultation with the specialist departments, including identification of special contractual customer requirements
• Preparation and drafting of contract documents and support in the negotiation of contracts and the implementation of resulting measures
• Preparation of recommendations for action for management and sales, including obtaining and documenting approvals in accordance with the applicable competence guidelines
• Active contract management from initial consultation to archiving and continuous development of the contract system
• Technical support for overarching and strategic contract issues

Job profile

• Completed degree as a fully qualified lawyer or master's degree in commercial law, ideally several years of experience in contract management, ideally in an interdisciplinary or international environment
• Good understanding of different types of contracts, including the specifics of tenders, as well as knowledge of reviewing and negotiating international framework agreements with customers
• Confident use of Microsoft 365
• Very good German and English skills
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting, assertiveness and precise communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, analytical and structured way of working, including the ability to analyse complex contracts and perform legal assessments
