To strengthen our trademark department, we are seeking a Patent Attorney Assistant (m/f/d) for our Trademark and Design Department as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Filing and ongoing support of trademark and design applications (DE, EU, IR, and international)
• Correspondence in German and English with the responsible offices, our clients, and associate offices domestically and internationally
• Deadline management
• Formal case processing

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you have completed training as a Patent Attorney Assistant (m/f/d) and have experience in trademarks and designs.
• You possess good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You are characterized by an independent and dedicated work style.
• Your strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor make it easy for you to work in a team.
• You are proficient with standard MS Office programs and enjoy learning new software.
