IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

In your role as IT Coordinator (m/f/d), you will act as the central point of contact for the IT department and serve as the interface to internal departments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of activities at the interface between operational departments and internal/external IT partners
• Organization, execution, and documentation of tests and quality assurance measures
• Management and coordination of internal and external IT partners, as well as operational departments
• Acceptance, structuring, and documentation of all internal and external IT requirements
• Close coordination of IT requirements with the internal IT service provider
• Technical handover of implemented IT solutions to operational departments and ensuring a smooth transition into operation

Your Profile:

Do you have what it takes? If you also bring the following "hard facts," we are an ideal match:

• Completed vocational training in logistics with a strong technical interest
• Very good PC skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in coordinating IT activities
• Knowledge of AS400, EPG, and BPMN is an advantage
• Very good German language skills (C1) and English language skills (A2-B1)
