Who We Are

• Mable AI helps D2C brands create optimized AI training datasets for targeting algorithms on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Analytics---boosting ad profitability through cleaner, higher-quality event data.
• As our product surface grows, we're looking for a QA Tester to ensure every release meets the highest bar for reliability, accuracy, and user experience. You'll work directly within the product team, testing features end-to-end and shaping the foundation for our future automated QA systems.

What You'll Do

• Test End-to-End -- Manually test new features, workflows, and edge cases to ensure everything behaves exactly as intended before deployment. Identify inconsistencies, broken states, and UX issues with a careful, structured eye.
• Investigate & Document -- Reproduce issues reliably, write clear bug reports, and provide context that helps engineering teams resolve problems quickly. Track quality trends and highlight recurring patterns.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering -- Work closely with PMs and developers to understand requirements, clarify intended behavior, and ensure quality is validated throughout the development cycle---not just at the end.
• Draft Test Cases -- Create detailed test scenarios and step-by-step cases for existing and upcoming features. Over time, translate these into structured test plans that developers can convert into automated tests.
• Improve QA Processes -- Help define what "quality" means for each product area. Suggest improvements to testing workflows, tooling, and release checklists to reduce risk and improve consistency.
• Guard Release Quality -- Act as a key gatekeeper before deployments, ensuring every release is stable, predictable, and aligned with the product's intended experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience
• Detail-Oriented & Methodical -- You notice the things others miss and enjoy breaking down flows into precise steps.
• Strong Communicator -- Clear and structured in explaining issues, expected behavior, and reproduction steps.
• Curious & Resourceful -- Eager to dig into odd behavior, inconsistencies, and edge cases until the root cause is understood.
• Basic Technical Comfort -- Ability to read console logs, understand API interactions, or work with simple debugging tools is a plus (but not required).
• Product-Minded -- You think like a user and can spot when something "feels off" even if it technically works.
• Bonus Points -- Experience writing test cases, working with QA tools, or exposure to automated testing frameworks.
