Sales Setter (m/w/d)

About the Position

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Setter (m/f/d) starting immediately in Berlin or remote in Germany, full-time (36-40h).

Your Challenge:

• Support our client advisors in their operational activities
• Focused qualification of interested clients for our mentoring program, according to clear guidelines: Together with your conversation partner, you will find out which of our products best supports them on their path to financial independence
• Planning and preparation of appointments for our client advisors
• Maintenance of the customer management system (CRM)

What You'll Impress Us With:

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant experience in customer service or sales and greatly enjoy it
• You have great pleasure in dealing with customers; you are also friendly, enthusiastic, and open-minded
• You have a solid basic technical understanding to operate CRM and video software (e.g. Google Meets), among other things
• You are eager to learn new things and develop yourself further
• You enjoy working in a team and support the onboarding of new colleagues
• Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills and enjoyment of consistently friendly communication
• Financial knowledge is not required. We will teach you what you need to know.
