About Us

As part of a direct placement into a permanent position, we are looking for a dedicated Controller (m/f/d) for a fast-growing company in the environmental sector at the Leipzig location. The position can be filled full-time or part-time.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasts with clear recommendations for action
• Establishment and further development of sales, purchasing, and production controlling
• Preparation of target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and expansion of the reporting system
• Optimization and automation of commercial processes in cooperation with IT
• Responsibility for liquidity management and preparation of profitability calculations
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, support for external audits
• Sparring partner for management and contact person for external partners (e.g., banks, auditors)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in sales, purchasing, or production
• Knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, or waste disposal is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of cost accounting, investment calculation, and reporting
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems
• Analytical, goal-oriented, and proactive working style with a strong process understanding
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
