Who You Are

• An experienced 360 external recruiter or billing manager, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the external staffing industry looking for freedom and full control over your desk
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with a proven track record of high performance
• A passion for winning net new business and growing existing accounts.
• Ready to scale your recruitment business without the overheads.
• Interested in long-term value creation---not just short-term fees.
