E-Commerce & CRM Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

Our brand FLATE is one of the top providers of barista accessories and we are really proud of it! 🚀 We are a young, innovative start-up in our third year of business and are growing by almost 100% every year. Sounds like a large corporation? No way -- we are currently looking for Employee Number 3!

We are located together with SnapNext in the cool Walzwerk in Pulheim and have a super relaxed, dynamic team. We have short decision-making processes, a lot of personal responsibility, and a really good mood at work.

What awaits you

You will be the face of our Customer Relations Management -- both for our German CRM and for our English-speaking customers in the USA. Sounds fancy? It is, but above all, it's super varied!

Your main tasks:

• CRM & Customer Service on multiple platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon Seller Central) -- respond to complaints, returns, and inquiries within 24 hours
• Building the US Market: You actively help build our presence in the USA -- how do we get goods there, how do we store them, how do we introduce products there? (in close cooperation with management, of course)
• Process Optimization: Automate a lot, improve workflows, and make them more efficient -- we love smart solutions!
• E-Commerce Quality Assurance: Are all listings correct? Are the texts accurate? Is the inventory correct? You keep an overview
• Inbox Management & Daily Business: Forward invoices, put out small fires, check in daily, and get to know the customers
• Marketing Touch (Nice-to-have): Write newsletters, social media support, content creation -- if you're up for it!

What you bring with you

• Experience in CRM (1 year is perfectly sufficient)
• German & English fluent in speaking and writing
• E-commerce Affinity: You feel comfortable on platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon
• Structured Way of Working: You keep an overview, even when things get stressful
• Desire for Independence: You tackle things independently and don't wait to be told what to do
• Marketing Skills are a plus (but not a must!)
