Product Owner (m/w/d) Serviceportal (Web und App)
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall strategic management and development of our service portal (web and native app) throughout its lifecycle.
- Developing a product vision and a medium- to long-term roadmap for the portal's functional and content enhancement, based on user needs, company goals, and technical constraints.
- Prioritizing requirements, features, and developments in close collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., business departments, IT, sales, customer service).
- Translating business requirements into structured epics, user stories, and concepts, ensuring clear content alignment.
- Regular, transparent reporting to stakeholders on status, development, goal achievement, progress, risks, and priorities of the service portal to support decision-making.
- Analyzing usage data, feedback, and KPIs to derive strategic development measures.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Digital Business, Business Administration, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on digitalization, marketing, or innovation management.
- Experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d), Product Manager (m/f/d), Project Manager (m/f/d), or in a similar digital role.
- Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and user experiences, ideally in the context of service portals, apps, or self-service solutions.
- Experience in structured requirements gathering, prioritization, and management, and translating them into actionable product requirements (e.g., epics, user stories).
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to moderate diverse interests and lead them to sound decisions.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
- Experience collaborating with internal IT departments and external service providers.
- Good understanding of regulatory, security-related, and organizational frameworks within large organizations.
