Responsibilities

You love cars and focus on mobility

Are you as enthusiastic about our luxury vehicles as you are about car dealerships and service? Then this apprenticeship will teach you the perfect foundation for vehicle purchasing, sales, and service.

Your responsibilities:

• Familiarization with commercial processes during service appointments and vehicle purchase/sale
• Use of modern communication media and computer applications
• Point of contact for customers in spare parts sales, service reception, and supporting sales
• Consultation on vehicle service products and invoicing

Qualifications

• Basic commercial and technical understanding
• Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as English language skills
• Customer orientation
• Friendliness, commitment, and teamwork skills
