Tasks
Mercedes-Benz Vans is not only the founder of the van segment but, above all, a successful manufacturer of premium transporters. We offer our customers the most desirable vans and services, thereby shaping the future of the van business. Our future products must meet both the core tasks of transporting goods and people, as well as the increasing demands for connectivity and digital solutions. However, under our Ambition 2039, the focus is on CO2 neutrality and the associated emission-free drives.

These challenges await you, among others:
- Support in various projects for the cultural transformation of MB Vans
- Participate in the development of new concepts for organizational development
- Exciting project work, possibly in close cooperation with other interfaces
- Support the team leadership with various organizational tasks within the team (e.g., preparation of workshops, team days, etc.)
- Creation and maintenance of files in MS Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., statistics, overviews, and communication documents)
- Support personnel planning and data analysis for VAN Operations
The internship can begin starting May 2026.
Qualifications
- Degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable degree program
- Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office
- Commitment and teamwork skills
- Analytical mindset and strategic working style
- Creativity and a desire for new things
