Mercer Deutschland is looking for you to support our Rewards Team in Germany and Vienna as a (Junior) Consultant* - HR Management Consulting - Rewards! Mercer's HR Management Consulting (Rewards Team) supports organizations by optimizing their performance in areas such as organizational and work structure, compensation, and incentive design through individually tailored strategies and solutions.
Do you enjoy tackling new challenges, working on complex topics, and finding individual solutions for our clients together with a professional team? We are looking for personalities with a genuine passion for HR topics. Our entry-level positions are ideal for knowledge-hungry, ambitious beginners or young professionals who want to lay the foundation for their successful consulting career with us.
What This Position Entails
- Participation in the development of innovative, competitive strategies and concepts for our clients, e.g., in the areas of executive and supervisory board compensation, management and employee compensation, job evaluation, organizational structure, performance management, job architecture, and job evaluation.
- Analysis, evaluation, and preparation of data and market trends.
- Creation and presentation of presentations.
- Consulting clients from various industries within the scope of account management responsibilities.
- Collaborative project work with Mercer's HR Transformation and Digital Consulting teams, as well as with our Marsh McLennan sister companies.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on HR.
- Initial professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally with a focus on compensation, is an advantage but not a requirement.
- You have a solid understanding of the preparation, processing, and analysis of data.
- Strong analytical and communication skills characterize you.
- You already possess very good knowledge of common MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- In addition to very good German language skills, you communicate fluently in English.
