Headquartered in Europe with a global footprint, they're expanding their People team and hiring an HR Business Partner in Berlin.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to step into a broad, business-facing role and help shape the company's culture and people strategy during a high-growth phase.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year experience in a HR role
• Proactive, people-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluent in German

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with managers and team leads on people-related matters including performance, development, and engagement
• Supporting employee relations, HR policies, and compliance
• Driving culture, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
• Collaborating with global HR colleagues on projects and scaling best practices
