Job Description

As a Digital Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) part-time, you will strengthen the Sales Team in inside sales and focus on selling digital B2B solutions to our partners in the gastronomy sector over the phone. Through active acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing customer relationships, you will be significantly responsible for the development and expansion of the digital 'HoReCa' solution business. You will help our customers become more visible online and more digital, thereby making a significant contribution to the digitalization of the gastronomy scene.

++We are looking for you for the following mission:++

Inside Sales

  • You actively market our digital B2B solutions such as DISH Website, DISH Online Reservation Tool, our DISH Order Shop System, and the DISH POS Cash Register System over the phone.

Building Customer Relationships

  • As a Tele Sales Professional, you will excite newly acquired customers and our existing customers about our digital solutions. This also includes working within the team with the field sales force of METRO Deutschland GmbH.

Product Development

  • You gather structured feedback from our customers and pass on your findings and recommendations to the product development team.

Reporting

  • Your successes drive you! You are responsible for reporting all relevant key figures and your sales successes – this also includes the mandatory documentation of at least 20 weekly customer presentations in our internal sales tool.

Onboarding & Further Development

  • Excellent onboarding and the opportunity to develop your sales and product knowledge with the help of coaches and our internal House of Learning await you.

Qualifications

Education / Professional Experience

  • You have professional experience in telephone sales or inside sales (preferably in direct sales of digital solutions), e.g., as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d), Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) in telephone sales, or a similar position.

Sales Skills

  • We assume a passion for and enjoyment of telesales in outbound and active selling (new customer acquisition). You also have very good communication skills and can quickly build new contacts and inspire people.

Digital Know-How

  • You have good business and digital understanding and a great interest in the digitalization of the gastronomy industry.

Organization

  • A structured, independent way of working is a must.

Personality

  • You act with a customer focus, economically and pragmatically, but with empathy and authenticity towards our customers and the team.

Language Skills

  • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
