Job Description
- Your responsibilities include expanding business relationships with a portion of our most important national and international clients with the goal of maximizing the potential for both sides.
- You make a difference by identifying new decision-makers & business potentials. With your sales talent, you ensure that clients work with all our business areas.
- You utilize efficient and effective travel to penetrate client structures.
- You cooperate with our local management and consulting teams and act as an interface within recruitment projects to ensure an efficient process.
- In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Key Account Director Germany.
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of professional experience as a consultant or account manager.
- Experience in successfully developing loyal, long-term client relationships with an above-average positive contribution to the company's success.
- You are structured, work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Your optimism & positive demeanor, as well as your energy & passion for the profession, distinguish you.
