About The Role

As a Freelance Data Analyst (Python) - AI Trainer, you will:

• Triple-check some delivery data and ensure client expectations are reflected in every batch.
• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.
• Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.
• Ensure taxonomies are logical, consistent, and aligned with operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis.
• Experience with prompt engineering (basic to intermediate level).
• Basic-to-Intermediate Python Scripting and SQL understanding.
• Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets, Excel.
• Experience with interpreting data visualization & reporting (e.g., dashboards).
• Strong command of taxonomy and classification design.
• Advanced (C1) or above level of English.
• Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• This is a fully remote freelance role; you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
