TECHNICAL SALES ASSISTANT

  • Responsibility for the support of a sales territory in close cooperation with an assigned field sales representative.
  • Creation of offers, independent follow-up, and subsequent order entry and processing.
  • Coordination of logistics processes and organization of transport in close coordination with the logistics department.
  • Proactive communication with customers regarding order-related issues, such as price and stock inquiries.
  • Contact person for customers and internal departments: Processing inquiries, concerns, and complaints, as well as comprehensive customer support.
  • Interface and support for the sales team in all operational business processes.
  • Working in one of the most livable regions in Germany in a modern and attractive working environment.

  • Flawless German language skills, both written and spoken: Very good communication skills in German, both orally and in writing.
  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification: Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field or a comparable qualification.
  • Organizational talent: Ability to coordinate sales processes, manage appointments, and ensure efficient teamwork.
  • Communication strength: Confident interaction with customers and internal departments, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems: Experience in managing customer data, order-related details, and using common office software.
  • Initiative and reliability: Independent way of working, high self-motivation, and strong reliability in completing tasks.
  • Teamwork and flexibility: Willingness to cooperate closely with field sales representatives and adaptability to changing requirements and tasks.
  • Passion for design and architecture, and interest in our products: Enthusiasm for the world of design and architecture, as well as a strong interest in the products and solutions offered.
