Inside Sales Specialist / Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Consultation and support of our existing and new customers – by phone, video, and in person
- Creation of individual offers and consistent follow-up
- Active participation in existing customer management and building new customer relationships
- You are the link between technology and the customer and coordinate the successful implementation of projects
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience in the IT system house business – this is the most important prerequisite for us
- Your practical experience in a system house is more important to us than formal qualifications – competence connects
- You are familiar with current Microsoft products from a sales perspective
- You have technical affinity and experience in selling IT solutions and products
- You enjoy direct customer contact and seeing solutions rather than problems
- You work independently, structured, and reliably
