Become part of our young E-Commerce & Online Marketing team and actively shape our shops and marketing activities! Are you looking for flat hierarchies in a family business with approx. 25 employees with the possibility of home office? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your Tasks

• Support and maintenance of our two online shops (MotorGarten and pizza1.de)
• Optimization of product presentation, category structure, customer journey
• Support and maintenance of our marketplace presences (ebay, Amazon, etc.)
• Planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
• Analysis of user behavior in our online shops
• SEO optimization for products, categories, and content
• Creation of content marketing materials (blog posts, guides, landing pages)
• Development of ideas for new products, campaigns, or target group approaches
• Monitoring of market trends, competitors, and new tools
• Co-creation of a creative and motivating work environment

What You Bring

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a comparable qualification, or several years of professional experience in this field
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and an affinity for writing texts (e.g., product descriptions or advertising copy)
• Analytical skills and a data-driven work style
• Teamwork skills combined with a high degree of initiative and a proactive work attitude
• Openness to actively contribute beyond your own area of responsibility
