Your Role

We are partnering with a growing market leader with a strong portfolio of surgical products that keeps innovating. With a strong brand reputation and serious investment in its people, they are now looking for a new addition to their team -- a driven salesperson to manage mid-Germany. You'll have the autonomy to run your territory like a business, backed by a supportive structure and real resources.

Your Tasks

You'll own a defined territory, expanding and building deep relationships with all levels of hospital stakeholders across both public and private sectors. You'll be the expert in the room - educating, demonstrating, and closing deals on products that improve surgical outcomes.

This isn't a transactional role. It's consultative, clinical, and strategic. You'll develop account plans, attend key congresses, and be a trusted partner to your customers.
