About this job
MOVISO is a specialized consulting firm focusing on IT compliance (DORA, NIS-2, etc.) and IT topics such as information security (ISMS), business continuity (BCMS), IT service continuity management (ITSCM), and cybersecurity. We are looking for a temporary assistant for approx. 8-12 hours per week. To get to know each other, we would like to start with a mini-job, with the prospect of transitioning to part-time employment upon successful collaboration.
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Office Manager (m/f/d), you are the heart of MOVISO and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of all business activities. Your work is invaluable as you ensure that all administrative processes run efficiently and effectively.
Your role is not only important but also very diverse. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various areas of the company and bring in your skills and interests (e.g., marketing, operational business). This position offers you the chance to develop personally and professionally and to make a real difference in our company.
Virtual Office Organization and Administration
You will be responsible for the smooth organization of our virtual office. This includes coordinating appointments, managing documents, and ensuring that all administrative processes run efficiently. Your work is the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Financial Administration
You will be responsible for processing invoices and receipts, ensuring that all financial transactions are correctly recorded and processed, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Your diligence and accuracy are crucial for our financial health.
Marketing Support
You will assist in maintaining our online presence and creating engaging social media posts. Your creative ideas are needed to strengthen our online presence and increase our brand awareness. You are the voice of our company externally and help shape our image.
Project Support
You will support our team with project-related tasks for our clients, such as creating presentations, analyzing data (e.g., Excel), and preparing professional documents and reports. Your work is crucial for the success of our projects and directly contributes to client success.
Qualifications
You are in the right place if...
You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or have a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in an office or administrative environment.
- You possess very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- You have experience in marketing or are motivated to engage with it (e.g., social media).
- You work independently, in a structured manner, are reliable, and have strong communication skills.
- You bring great motivation to shape MOVISO and drive topics independently.
- You are an open and positive person.
