Job Description

As a true team player, you are close to the customer and play a crucial role in our success! To expand our sales team in Germany, we are looking for a passionate inside sales representative (m/f/d). As a communicative sales professional, you will advise and support our new and existing customers and inspire them with our products. In close cooperation with your colleagues in field sales, you will calculate suitable offers for our customers and take care of acquiring new customers. Participation in customer events and trade fairs is also part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Consultation and support of our customers by phone and email
• Research and qualification of potential new customers from industry and trade
• Active approach and acquisition of interesting contacts
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• You create service offers, actively follow up on them, and take over the resulting order processing
• You represent our strongly growing company at sales promotion events (training courses and trade fairs)
• Close cooperation with colleagues in field sales & (technical) key accounts

Qualifications

• You are a sales talent and have completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or comparable)
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in sales and customer acquisition
• You impress with persuasiveness and self-confidence
• You enjoy communication and have a talent for advising and retaining customers in a trustworthy manner
• Technical understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself with consulting-intensive products
• You are a team player with a lot of commitment and convince with your strong customer and service orientation
